Mark Henry
PresidentMark is a seasoned entrepreneur and chief executive with 15 years of management experience operating companies in diverse industries. He currently works as OT's Chief Executive. Before joining OT, Mark was CEO and founder of LoanStream, a national, direct lender that developed innovative technology, originating over $7.2 billion in loans. Prior to LoanStream, Mark participated in the management of companies involved in a variety of areas, including investment banking, aerospace engineering, and software/hardware development.
Mark graduated with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Mississippi State and a Master's in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Purdue University.
Alex Chang
Managing DirectorIn his role as Chairman, Alex contributes to overall strategic direction at OT, and as a managing director leads the sales and business development efforts. Alex was named one of the top entrepreneurs under 40 in Dallas by both D Magazine and the Dallas Business Journal.
Prior to founding OT, Alex worked for a California software company where he was responsible for growing the company's customer base and implementing effective marketing solutions via new customer channels.
Alex holds a B.B.A in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Austin.
Roger Chang
Vice PresidentRoger oversees the company's strategic technology development, which includes some of the most sophisticated tracking models and testing platforms in the Internet marketing industry. Roger supervised the architecture design and implementation of N-Tier enterprise software for SPENDonLIFE.com and Friendzy which support millions of users.
Prior to co-founding OT, Roger was employed by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) where he worked with a top security clearance to develop cutting-edge technology tools.
Roger was the valedictorian of the University of Texas's Electrical Engineering program in 1999. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
Jamie Schultz
Director Of OperationsMost of the OT's employees report (directly or indirectly) to Jamie, and he is responsible for OT's operational excellence in website development, advertising development and management, testing, and data analysis.
Before joining OT, Jamie worked as a business analyst where he managed and performed analysis on pay-per-click ad campaigns. He has also worked as an environmental consultant and rocket propulsion test engineer. Jamie's extensive work with testing in science environments has prepared him well to lead OT's operations.
Jamie holds a B.S. in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering and a M.S. in Environmental Engineering, both from Purdue University.
David J. Logsdon
Chief Financial OfficerDavid has over thirty years experience managing financial and operational strategies in both the private and public sectors.
His experience includes financial and organizational oversight for Fortune 1000 companies, including Texas Instruments and Abbott Laboratories. Most recently David was CFO/COO of a start-up public company, working with venture capitalists and stockholders, where he managed all business operations.
David is a Certified Public Accountant with a B.S. in Management from Northern Illinois University, and a M.B.A. from Texas Tech University.
Pat Spagon
Chief ScientistPat is responsible for driving the development of OT's statistical and analytical tools. His extensive experience in Six Sigma and applied statistical methods provides OT with ongoing business process improvement leadership and statistical process control.
Prior to OT, Pat was a master consultant with Six Sigma Academy where he trained and coached master black belts, black belts and green belts and was a company-wide resource for statistical methods. At Motorola, Pat was Six Sigma Practice Leader and Senior Consultant on statistical methods.
Pat holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona, M.S. in Electrical Engineering from UC Berkeley, and Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
